2 Ripe dragon fruits
Add the honey or agave nectar to the blender with the dragon fruit flesh. Feel free to adjust the amount of honey or agave based on your preferred level of sweetness.
1 tbsp Honey or agave nectar
Squeeze the juice from half a lime into the blender.
1/2 Lime
Blend all the ingredients to get a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add a few drops of water to thin it out.
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any seeds or fiber.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed and well incorporated.

Pour the dragon fruit juice into your serving glasses and optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes
Tropical Twist: Add a splash of coconut water and a squeeze of pineapple juice for a tropical flavor.
Berry Burst: Blend in a handful of fresh or frozen berries like strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries for added color and a mixed fruit flavor.
Basil Fresh: Infuse your dragon fruit juice with some fresh basil leaves for a refreshing twist.
Ginger Zing: Add a small piece of fresh ginger to the blender for a spicy kick that complements the dragon fruit's natural sweetness.
Protein Boost: For a more substantial drink, blend in a scoop of your favorite protein powder or some Greek yogurt to make it a protein-packed smoothie.
Spicy Surprise: If you enjoy a bit of heat, add a pinch of chili powder or a slice of jalapeño for a sweet and spicy fusion.
Choco Lovers: Add a tablespoon of cacao powder to the blender and taste to adjust the sweetness accordingly. Cacao powder tends to be on the bitter side.
Vanilla Cream: Add a splash of pure vanilla extract, skip the lime, and add half a cup of milk (or plant-based milk).
